Virtues Project

Enfield District School embraces the Virtues ProjectTM. Lynn Anne MacNeil, a former parent in our school, introduced Enfield District to the Virtues ProjectTM in 2003. Virtues shape individuals with strong moral character and assist people in leading purposeful lives. They promote consideration, honesty, self-discipline, and respect as well as inspire excellence and commitment in mankind. Virtues help individuals, schools and communities build a climate of tolerance, safety and caring.

The Virtues ProjectTM was founded in 1991 by Linda Kavelin Popov, her husband, Dr. Dan Popov and her brother John Kavelin. It was founded in response to rising violence among youth and families.

You will see virtues in the school foyer that were picked to represent virtues present in our school.
